These terms govern your use of anonymoussoulmates.com and the Anonymous Soulmates platform. By registering, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
Anonymous Soulmates is for adults seeking meaningful relationships and marriage, and for community members who support them. Private Matchmaking requires successful Identity and Age Verification, which is included with the program.
2. Programs and Pricing
- Private Matchmaking: free through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, $59.95 every six months. Identity & Age Verification is included with no separate verification charge, and standard Anonymous Soulmates Exclusive WhatsApp Community Membership is included at no additional charge. No separate standard $11.88 annual Exclusive WhatsApp Community Membership charge applies while the member has qualifying Private Matchmaking membership.
- Anonymous Soulmates Exclusive WhatsApp Community: free through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, only 99¢ per month equivalent, billed annually at $11.88 per year. Standard Membership includes the General Worldwide Community and one Regional Community where available. Additional active Regional Communities are $11.88 per year each, equivalent to 99¢ per month. Forming communities are not charged until the applicable Regional Community is actually active and available. WhatsApp participation is not anonymous by default.
- Community Ambassador: registration is free. No payment is required simply to become an Ambassador.
The platform determines pricing, billing intervals, entitlements, renewals, and access rules on the server side. If pricing changes, we will communicate the change to members in advance where practical.
3. Member Conduct
Treat every member with respect. You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, pressure, or defame any member or the community
- share another member’s private information, profile content, or messages without consent
- misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, or intentions
- use the platform for commercial solicitation, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
- attempt to access data, accounts, or systems that are not yours
- circumvent privacy controls, blocking, or verification requirements
Violations can result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account. We enforce these rules to keep the community safe and trustworthy.
4. Privacy, Matching, and Mutual Reveal
Matchmaking decisions, New Potential Match Alerts, and disclosures follow the platform’s privacy rules. Personal information is shared only through the approved Mutual Reveal process with agreement from both members. Blocking is enforced on both sides, including messaging and Mutual Reveal. These rules exist to protect members and cannot be waived by individual members.
5. Verification
Identity and Age Verification are handled by a verification provider. Verification status gates participation in Private Matchmaking. Providing false information or circumventing verification is a material violation of these terms.
6. Community Ambassador Program
Ambassadors agree to represent the community respectfully, to share their personal referral link honestly, and never to use pressure tactics or spam. Under the Share & Earn program, Ambassadors can earn a 10% commission on eligible direct referrals (Level 1) and a 5% commission on eligible indirect referrals (Level 2). There is no Level 3 or deeper commission level. Commissions follow the official Ambassador terms and eligibility rules, and the published program terms are shown in the Ambassador dashboard. Ambassadors never receive private member information, and self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are not eligible for commissions.
7. Payments and Refunds
Paid programs renew according to their billing intervals until canceled by you. We do not store full card numbers. Refund and cancellation practices follow the program terms in effect for your purchase and applicable law. You can cancel a paid program at any time through your account or by contacting us.
8. No Guarantees
Anonymous Soulmates provides a platform, a community, and a matchmaking process. We cannot promise that any member will find a match, and we do not guarantee outcomes, timelines, or compatibility results.
9. Reporting and Safety
Safety reports are handled by administrators with discretion. We may suspend or remove accounts, content, or groups where safety, legal compliance, or community standards require it.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonymous Soulmates is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the community.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to members. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
