What is Anonymous Soulmates?
Anonymous Soulmates is a privacy-first Jewish matchmaking and community platform for singles seeking meaningful relationships and marriage. Members get to know character, values, and compatibility before personal identity becomes the focus.
Who can join?
Jewish singles seeking a meaningful relationship or marriage can join Private Matchmaking. The Community also welcomes parents, friends, relatives, rabbis, matchmakers, and other caring community members who want to help.
How does Private Matchmaking work?
You create a private profile describing your values, qualities, lifestyle, and relationship goals, and you can optionally create your My Heart Profile™. Applications are reviewed before activation to help maintain a serious, respectful, marriage-focused environment. The platform highlights potential matches based on compatibility and your preferences. When matching rules permit, you can connect privately and reveal personal details only when both people are ready.
What is My Heart Profile™?
My Heart Profile™ is a shareable anonymous introduction emphasizing values, character, personality, lifestyle, goals, and compatibility while keeping sensitive personal information protected until an approved Mutual Reveal. Sharing is optional. Members may share it with family, friends, rabbis, matchmakers, trusted community members, WhatsApp groups, or social media to expand their matchmaking circle without automatically exposing protected identity information.
What information remains private?
Details such as your legal name, contact information, date of birth, address, photos, and family information stay protected. Approved personal details are shared only through Mutual Reveal according to the platform’s privacy rules.
What is Mutual Reveal?
Mutual Reveal is the controlled process through which approved personal information can be shared. Both people must agree before personal details are disclosed, so each step happens at a pace both people choose.
Can members communicate before revealing identity?
Yes. When matching rules permit, eligible members can communicate privately without immediately exposing personal identity.
Is Identity & Age Verification required?
Identity & Age Verification are required for Private Matchmaking and are included at no separate verification charge.
Does Anonymous Soulmates store government ID?
No. Identity and age verification are handled by a verification provider, and identity documents remain with that provider. Anonymous Soulmates does not store government ID documents in its database.
What does Private Matchmaking cost?
Private Matchmaking is free through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, Private Matchmaking is $59.95 every six months. Identity & Age Verification and standard Anonymous Soulmates Exclusive WhatsApp Community Membership are included at no additional charge. No separate standard $11.88 annual Exclusive WhatsApp Community Membership charge applies while the member has qualifying Private Matchmaking membership.
What is free through December 31, 2026?
Private Matchmaking and the Anonymous Soulmates Exclusive WhatsApp Community are both free through December 31, 2026. Community Ambassador registration is always free.
Does Private Matchmaking require WhatsApp?
No. Private Matchmaking does not require WhatsApp participation. The two programs are separate.
Is WhatsApp anonymous?
No. WhatsApp participation is not anonymous by default. Depending on WhatsApp features, the member’s account, saved contacts, privacy settings, and the features available to that particular user, other participants may be able to see information such as a name, phone number, profile photo, username, or other WhatsApp account information. Where WhatsApp provides a username or another privacy feature, that feature may provide additional phone number privacy, but Anonymous Soulmates does not promise complete anonymity inside WhatsApp. Members should understand this before joining the Community.
Who can become a Community Ambassador?
Parents, friends, relatives, rabbis, matchmakers, community leaders, professionals, and other caring community members can register as Community Ambassadors.
Does Ambassador registration cost anything?
No. Community Ambassador registration is free, and no payment is required simply to become an Ambassador.
Can parents participate?
Yes. Parents can join the Community and can register as Community Ambassadors to help create more opportunities for Jewish singles.
Can rabbis and matchmakers participate?
Yes. Rabbis and matchmakers are welcome in the Community and as Community Ambassadors. The community works best when caring people help open doors.
Does Private Matchmaking include the Anonymous Soulmates Exclusive WhatsApp Community?
Yes. Standard Anonymous Soulmates Exclusive WhatsApp Community Membership is included with Private Matchmaking at no additional charge. No separate standard $11.88 annual Exclusive WhatsApp Community Membership charge applies while the member has qualifying Private Matchmaking membership. The two programs are related but different, and Private Matchmaking does not require WhatsApp participation.
What does the Anonymous Soulmates Exclusive WhatsApp Community cost?
The Anonymous Soulmates Exclusive WhatsApp Community is free through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, it is only 99¢ per month equivalent, billed annually at $11.88 per year. Standard Membership includes the General Worldwide Community and one Regional Community where available. Additional active Regional Communities are only 99¢ per month equivalent, billed annually at $11.88 per additional Regional Community per year. Forming communities are not charged until the applicable Regional Community is actually active and available.
How do Ambassador commissions work?
Community Ambassadors can earn a 10% commission on eligible direct referrals (Level 1) and a 5% commission on eligible indirect referrals (Level 2). There is no Level 3 or deeper commission level. Commissions follow the official Ambassador terms and eligibility rules. Ambassador application and registration are free.
What are New Potential Match Alerts?
Members identify Required and Preferred qualities in a potential match. When an eligible new member joins, the platform evaluates compatibility and can send a New Potential Match Alert when a potential match may exist. The platform helps members identify possibilities instead of requiring constant manual searching. It does not guarantee compatibility or a match.
